  • Do you charge a diagnostic fee for a quote

    For 24/7 response there is a nominal fee, which is credited if you decide to use us for repairs. For major renovations there is no fee.

  • How much will I be charged

    Before any work starts you’ll get a comprehensive quote covering labor and part costs. Our team will go through every cost in detail, so you understand what you’re being charged before work begins.

  • Can you help me find rebates and tax breaks for my home renovations

    Currently the only government rebates are for new home builds. The Home Renovation Tax Credit (HRTC) was only applicable the 2009 tax year.

  • Do you background check employees

    Yes! All employees are police checked and drug tested. Your safety and home security are of utmost important to us, so all employees are subject to a rigorous hiring process to ensure your experience is pristine.

  • When can you fix the problem

    Plumbing problems don’t happen between 8 and 5, Monday through Friday. We will do everything within our power to fix your problem immediately, regardless of when it happens. We have plumbers on call 24/7 ready for any instance.

  • My home is full of Poly-B piping, do I need to repipe my whole house

    Unless you’ve had leaks or breaks you don’t need to rush to replace everything immediately.

  • How often should I flush my hot water tank

    At least once a year with most manufacturer say every 6 months. This service is included in every Yearly Plumbing Inspection.

  • What maintenance packages do you currently offer

    Kingstree Plumbing is proud to offer a Yearly Preventative Maintenance Package. Have your hot water tank, drained, flushed, and inspected for wear-and-tear. All floor drains will be flushed to avoid smelly, stagnant water causing unwanted odours in your home. Your sump-pump will be checked and tested. Drainage lines and pipes from kitchen and bathrooms evaluated. Your dishwasher, hose bibs, joints, pipes, laundry lines and shut offs will be assessed. You’ll receive a detailed report card with any faults reported and quoted; Ensuring you know exactly what’s going on in your home.
